Free on-site inspection
We walk the roof, check the attic and photograph what we find. You see the same pictures we do — including the parts of your roof you can't get to.
Everything that keeps water on the outside of your building — installed, repaired and maintained by our own crew across Nassau, Suffolk and Queens.
LaRocco Roofing & Siding provides nine core services on Long Island: roof replacement, roof repair, new roof installation, free roof inspection, roof maintenance, commercial flat roofing, siding installation, siding repair and seamless gutter installation. All are available across Nassau County, Suffolk County and Queens, NY.
Whether it's a single cracked pipe boot or a full commercial flat roof, the approach is the same: look properly, explain honestly, quote in writing, and do the parts nobody sees as carefully as the parts everybody does.
| Roof Replacement | Roof Replacement — Complete tear-off and re-roof — done in days, built for decades. |
|---|---|
| Roof Repair | Roof Repair — Find the actual leak. Fix the actual cause. Not a bucket of tar. |
| New Roof Installation | New Roof Installation — New builds, additions, dormers — roofed as a system from the deck up. |
| Roof Inspection | Roof Inspection — Photos of your actual roof. Honest answer. No sales pitch. |
| Roof Maintenance | Roof Maintenance — The cheapest years of a roof's life are the ones you maintain. |
| Commercial Roofing | Commercial Roofing — Flat and low-slope systems installed around your business hours. |
| Siding Installation | Siding Installation — New siding, installed over a properly detailed wall — not just stapled on. |
| Siding Repair | Siding Repair — Cracked panels, wind damage, rot behind the wall — repaired properly. |
| Gutter Installation | Gutter Installation — Seamless gutters, correct pitch, downspouts that actually take water away. |
If it keeps water out of your building, we install it, repair it and maintain it. Free inspections and written quotes on every job.
The same five steps on every job, whether it's a cracked pipe boot or a full tear-off.
We walk the roof, check the attic and photograph what we find. You see the same pictures we do — including the parts of your roof you can't get to.
One clear number, broken down by material and labor. No pressure, no vanishing discount that expires tonight, no surprise change orders halfway through.
We pull the town permits, order the material and give you a firm start date and a realistic finish date for the weather we're working in.
Property gets tarped and protected before a single shingle comes off. Most residential roofs are torn off and re-roofed in one to two days.
Magnet sweep for nails, debris hauled away, then we walk it with you before we ask for final payment and hand over your warranty paperwork.
Roofing has a reputation problem, and it was earned. This is how we work instead.
Peter LaRocco is on site, not running a call center. The person who quotes your roof is the person responsible for it.
We don't sub out residential roofing to whoever answered the phone that morning. Same trained crew, same standards, every job.
The price on your proposal is the price on your invoice unless you approve a change in writing.
Ice-and-water shield at the eaves, proper ridge and soffit ventilation, and fastening patterns specified for coastal wind exposure.
Storm damage? We document it properly, meet your adjuster on the roof and speak their language.
Rolling magnets over the lawn and driveway, dumpster hauled, landscaping protected. Your neighbors shouldn't be able to tell we were there.
